All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

What is the GST?
Since July 1, 2000, the Goods and Services Tax has affected the prices of products purchased within Australia.

The supply of goods outside Australia:

The supply of goods outside Australia, or goods being sent overseas, is not affected by GST. When your order is shipped outside Australia, the amount of GST will be deducted. To estimate this amount yourself while searching or browsing this site, or viewing your shopping basket, simply multiply the displayed price by 0.909 to see the GST free price.

Delivery Charges:

We charge only one delivery fee for any order, even if that order is filled in more than one shipment. Back orders of temporarily unavailable items on your initial order will not be charged any additional delivery fee when they are sent. We calculate postage according to the total value of items supplied from your order. Delivery charges are listed in the table below:

Delivery - General:

When you submit an order through our Web Site, it is sent electronically to our office. The order is then packed, invoiced and shipped as soon as possible.

Australian Deliveries:

In Australia via Australia Post it generally takes five days. Australia Post only deliver Monday to Friday. Goods despatched on Friday will generally be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Overseas Deliveries:

Orders by overseas customers can be delivered by Australia Post.  It generally takes two to three, weeks by  air .

 What happens when some goods are unavailable?

On occasions, books will be out of stock. When this happens, we will immediately fulfil that part of the order which is available. Firstly, we will notify you of the expected receipt date for the balance of the order. Secondly, the balance of the order will be delivered free of delivery charges. Thirdly, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
