I have read and re-read Tony Keys’ books on leadership and transformational change.  They are refreshing and compelling insights into the core issues that leaders must face in order to lead the church well in the early years of the twenty-first century.  Tony is to be commended for producing a series of thoughtful, challenging and helpful works which are serious contributions to the body of information available to initiators of change. - Timothy W JackApostolic Church Australia

Far north Queensland Churches came together with Tony Keys to discuss the challenge of spiritual leadership on 19th May 2007. The content of seminars challenged Pastors and leaders to clearly identify cultural values and styles in their churches. Tony has a definitive style in processing leadership trends and helping church leaderships use these identified values to process decisions and move churches forward. We found new insights and helpful hints in not just making assessments but using information to help the church process ways to reach our community for Christ. We were also challenged to realise that the way we lead is reflected in the relationships within the leadership team. We found the process helpful and timely. I recommend others to take the opportunity to hold these seminars in you your local church or in a cluster of churches. - Reverend Garry Wynn Mulgrave Community Baptist Church (Cairns)

I recently attended a local pastors' daytime retreat at Faith Bible College NZ led by Tony Keys. The material presented was so worthwhile. Subsequent to that we held a short seminar here at our small fellowship. Tony gave practical, useable principles illustrated with fascinating anecdotal context which spiced the subject well. I found the material to be applicable to both small and large church scenarios and would highly recommend them. Dave Sales Senior Pastor Welcome Bay Baptist - New Zealand

In recent years Annerley Baptist Church has been moving through a number of significant transitions including a major shift in the demographics of the Church community - the Church has become younger, less affluent and more ethnically mixed and with it a transition of leadership.
The input of the Seminar based particularly on the Book - Growing Future Leaders (The Enormous Potential of Followers) was not only excellent material, well presented, it was so timely in our situation.  It has provided a model, a framework for equipping, strengthening and encouraging our leaders and growing future leaders to impact the world through the Kingdom of God. So much time and energy is spent on maintenance that we squander the potential of investment. I am happy to endorse the Trinity Books & Seminars..Blessings, Pastor Jim Johnson

"The very fact of initiating this seminar for our staff has benefited everyone (all) , thereby helping me personally at a very deep level to lead a coalition into our future. The content and presentation brought tensions and deep issues to the surface for immediate and future healthy dialogue and forward movement as a group. The integration of the 2T's, when understood and practiced, creates incredible dynamic forward movement in an understanding environment". -Ps. Ken Gill - Member of National Executive for Pentecostal  Assemblies of Canada – PAOC.

"The Australia church must grapple with transformational change. Mission organizations, Bible colleges and other functions closely related to the church must do the same. It is a reality of our world. Therefore we need to have leaders who have the courage to follow God because he is doing something new. As Tony Keys says, “Transformational leaders step into the scene as prophets of change”. They are innovators bursting with creativity and a will to implement change. Such leaders are needed at every level of organization. Therefore there must be ongoing and effective ways to develop people to provide this kind of leadership. I therefore am grateful for Tony’s commitment to equipping people to be such leaders".- Kirk Franklin - Executive Director Wycliffe Bible Translators Australia.

"Helped me to understand transformational change, how to accommodate and facilitate change in our situation.  I will be much more intentional  in strategic planning to accommodate smoother transitions". Ps. Bill Olson -Marlborough Pentecostal Church Canada- Albert Providence Assistant Superintendent PAOC.

"I am really pleased. Tony gave support, affirmation and practical steps in walking through changes that are needed in the Parish Diocese". Rev. Ron Ashford - Archdeacon, Diocese of Wellington NZ.

"Most helpful to see the needed balance between the transformational and transactional leader. For me the most beneficial aspect was recognizing the Nehemiah Syndrome, realizing that change must be anchored within an organization". Ps. Ian Vail - Wycliffe Bible Translator NZ Director.

"It has helped me to make a bold decision, my vision has been re-activated, I am highly blessed. I am persuaded that the 2T model will help change my leadership structure". Ps. Kwaku Agyman - Faith Foundation Ministries Belgium.

“We are going through some significant change nationally and it helps me understand the dynamics and hopefully to better lead and manage change”.  Stan Baker National Superintendent Wesleyan Methodist Church Australia.

“At the moment WEC International is going through transitional change from state based structure to a ministry team focused structure. This seminar helped me to understand reactions of some of my staff: namely the problem is not change, but rather loss. I feel I now have a better handle on the people issues”. Elizabeth Hentschel Joint Director of WEC International Australia.

“It has affirmed some of the processes we have been engaged in as we lead change. Many of these we were doing by intuition so to have an objective base for these processes is encouraging”. Dion Bremner Joint Director of WEC International Australia.

“Significant timing for WEC Australia: we are in the middle of major structural change…for me as someone who has input into practical aspects of the new culture…Helpful to gain a greater understanding of the three phase process of transition of change". Keith Stevens Victorian State Director of WEC International.

“We are facing internal changes in our organization and many of the issues addressed in this seminar have rung bells. A few statements have helped focus or clarify what is happening and remind us of directions ahead”. David Nicholls Associate Director Wycliffe Bible Translators Australia.

A Growing Church means change is inevitable, in fact, it is a must.  As a growing church we needed to re-think and re-focus our ministry vision for the future.  While there is much confusion today in churches as to how vision, mision, strategies and objectives all fit together, the seminars presented by Tony Keys of the Trinity Leadership Institute helped us as a church to understand the process of developing, communicating and implementing the vision, mission, and strategies required to make a difference in the 21st century.  Thanks Tony." Our Abundant Life Church Leadership team recently had the privilege of having Tony Keys from Trinity Leadership Solutions present an evening on Coaching and Mentoring, and Strategic Leadership His seminars are based on his three comprehensive and informative books on the subject of leadership.

Tony’s rather unique approach of taking historical examples or stories on which to model his teaching ensured that interest was maintained right through the session. His presentation was clear and concise and was very helpful in assisting our team to identify areas where progress could be made toward improving the quality of leadership in our church.

We were the beneficiaries of Tony’s wide experience in the field of leadership training and we are continuing to use the content of his books to develop our leadership structure and practice.- Mike Cullen Senior Pastor Abundant Life Community Church Tauranga New Zealand.
