Meet the Director

Experience

Tony is a minister with the Apostolic Church Australia, Academic Dean of the Australian Apostolic College and Director of Trinity Leadership Solutions. His professional and pastoral career spans more than thirty-five years of leadership positions in non-profit organisations, ministry, education and industry. Tony has been actively involved in a vast range of leadership roles from Factory Manager, Youth Worker, Crusade Co-ordinator, an administrator for a theatre company, Church Pastor, Assistant Principal of a non-profit Christian School and Principal for seventeen years of a tertiary education centre - Jubilee International Christian College.

Tony has traveled extensively throughout Australia and the world, preaching and ministering in churches as well as conducting leadership seminars for churches, bible colleges, missionary and not-for-profit organisations and meeting in a consulting role with church leaders.

 Tony is a qualified Life Coach specialising in Business, Career and Executive coaching. He assists leaders  to partner with others to build a lasting legacy and to make positive, real and intended transformational change in the organisations they lead and in their own personal lives.

Personal Interests

 

With their children now grown, Tony and his wife Robyn are involved in supporting missionary organisations and sponsoring children through the children’s relief organisation Compassion Australia. They enjoy walking for fitness, going to the movies and generally being with people. Tony enjoys playing golf and will enjoy it even more when he spends more time playing the game than searching for the ball.
